With the publication of this book entitled "QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS AND CONFORMITY AUDIT - A PRACTICAL STUDY ON CERTIFICATION - ISO 9001: 2005 STANDARD"-, the author intends to provide audit and management control professionals and other practitioners with a series of answers to most of the questions raised concerning Quality Management, Conformity Audit and ISO 9001: 2005 - two concepts used interchangeably, but which are closely linked in terms of their objectives and normative requirements. This book covers virtually all the principles underlying the conformity auditing process, from the origin of the concept, to the procedures and steps involved, right through to its implementation within a Quality Management System. Finally, as if to establish a link with practice, the theoretical presentation has been expressly accompanied by a practical case study, enabling the reader to discover all the essential elements involved in writing a conformity audit report in accordance with ISO 9001: 2005.
