Beskrivelse
In a global context characterised by the opening up of markets, several companies are embarking on a quality process to obtain ISO 9001 certification, a guarantee of the quality of the products they put on the market. The quality approach is a process that makes it possible to set up a quality management system. Quality is becoming a crucial factor for the survival of organisations. In addition to organisational improvement, ISO standards are reviewed on average every five years. It is in this context that the latest version of the ISO 9001 standard "QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM" is being implemented since September 2015. Several organisations wishing to obtain or maintain ISO 9001 certification are wondering about the new requirements and their implementation. Therefore, in order to assist organisations, a process map and a self-diagnosis tool have been produced to help them understand the requirements of the standard, assess the quality management system and identify areas for improvement. These two tools facilitate the certification process.
