Q2 is a message of hope, healing and transformation with an abundant amount of health and wellness tips - covering mindfulness, self-love, positive self-talk and body image, exercise, nutrition, food prep, healthy recipes and how to find balance in your life. Q2 also contains over 120 healthy and colorful Q2 recipes. During my life journey and wellness profession, I have tried different approaches to help people recognize their habits. These habits may have inhibited them to reach their goals, so I encouraged them to take steps to make changes in order for them to live a better quality of life. I have come to the conclusion that you truly have to want to change. Preparation is the key to change and ultimately to achieve your goals. Preparation begins in the mind. Action follows
