A wannabe 'doctor' Adam has been dreaming of the day he gets his childhood crush Violet to be his forever patient and imprisoned Guinea pig. With Violets freedom on the line, she has no choice but to give in to receiving questionable examinations from Adam and devoting her love to him. As Violet attempts to escape Adam, she finds herself brainwashed into allowing him to experiment on her using medical tortures and human experimentations.
