The second in a series, Psychopath Secrets Unveiled continues where Psychopath Betrayed left off. Voice believes he has effectively stopped any chance of his identity becoming known. To ensure this belief, he plans re-visiting someone from his past.

AJ is shaken when receiving news of Mac, but never the less is determined to move on and make things right. Her mission in life is to put the brakes on Voice and secure the journal.

Sutton, anxious for answers, ends up enlisting sources from out of town, much to AJ's chagrin.

The psychopath continues to plague St. Luke's. No one is safe. No one. Can someone other than God or Satan take a soul?
