What is a Haiku?
Haikus are a style of Japanese poetry consisting of seventeen syllables broken into three lines. The first line has five syllables, the second seven, and the third five. Traditional haikus highlight the changing seasons and natural world, in contrast, the Haikus in this book explore psychological theories, famous research and forms of therapy.
