Beskrivelse
Psalm 107 tells the story of the redemption of the Israelites by the hand of God. The Israelites were surrounded by enemies then and now. God had gathered His people and redeemed them from foreign nations that had taken them into captivity.
That is the Israelites' redemption story. But we all have our own story. Each of us have had different difficulties in life, different trials that we needed to be delivered from.
In the course of this book, we're going to look at four examples of redemption. These testimonies each have the same pattern: a group of people are in peril, they make a plea to God, He provides a provision, and then those who have been delivered are exhorted to give God praise.
We may all have our own stories, but we have to remember that each of these stories follows the same pattern. Each of these accounts is about a group of people who were in serious peril whom God rescued when they cried out to God for His help.
