Beskrivelse
Your fundamental rights derive from property, beginning with your self. When you can no longer truly own your self, you can no longer truly have rights. Written from a law enforcement perspective, what this book shows, through penetrating research, and philosophical investigation, is why and how property rights in America have diminished and are being converted into legal privileges, all in the name of collectivism and through the government's monopoly on force. This book also attempts to answer what it really means to own property, why the founders sanctified property, and why it is arbitrary for government to reduce the true ownership of property into mere legal possession.
