The Author
Bernd-J. Madauss has fifty years of professional experience as space engineer and manager in the execution of scientific and commercial space projects. He studied Naval Architecture in Bremen and later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Pacific States University (PSU), Los Angeles, where he also obtained his PhD and was appointed as a Full Professor in 1986. He is a faculty member and Visiting Professor at the International Space University (ISU), Strasbourg.
