Beskrivelse
This is a book on banking for non-bankers. An attempt has been made to try as much as possible to bring out events in a layman's language by avoiding use of technical terms that only bankers can understand. The book gives a simple, brief view on an aspect of banking that most people outside the industry might not have an idea about. All that customers see are changes to account numbers and pamphlets placed in banking halls explaining new ways of transferring funds. This book tries to explain the background as to why things happen the way they do in banks. The book also tries to give a brief background to events that have affected banking operations, events in other industries such as mining.
