The fall waterfowl migration has brought something deadly to a small North Dakota town.



Dr. Emily Hayes, a single mom and dedicated veterinarian, finds herself thrust into a nightmare. Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza, carried by the fall migratory birds through North Dakota, has mutated. It's become zoonotic, transmissible to people. This insidious disease not only infects birds but also triggers violent aggression in them, posing a graver threat to humanity.
