Prevalence and Influence of Destructive Leadership Behaviour

The leadership is a two sided coin: the constructive and destructive. The constructive leaders, encourage and enable organizational members to approach tasks and interact with others in positive ways that are consistent with personal needs for growth and satisfaction; whereas destructive leaders neglect or actively work to prevent the accomplishment of company goals through volitional behaviors toward subordinates, the company, or both. In this book I had done empirical investigation among the knowledge professional which is first of its kind in the Indian context on the dark side of leadership.
