Beskrivelse
There are many obstacles to learning a foreign language, some more difficult than others depending on the particular language. In the case of English and Italian, one particularly troublesome aspect for many learners is that of selecting the right preposition for a given phrase. Students are often tempted to translate a foreign phrase using the preposition found in the corresponding phrase of their native language. With Italian and English, however, this will often lead to incorrect translations.
In this book you will find a compilation of over 630 phrases in English and Italian in which the preposition used in the foreign language phrase is not the one directly translated from the native language. In order to make this as useful as possible for reference, each of the two sections is sorted alphabetically by the prepositions within that language. Furthermore, within each preposition group, the phrases are sorted alphabetically by a keyword within the phrase.
