One this "Trial Earth," the regions near the great mountain peaks of the world are filled with an aura that has let them grow to walk on two feet and speak intelligently.

 

Beyond these regions roam feral beasts, and for many sentient predators, guarding the border allows them to hunt feral prey, while maintaining peace.

 

When a strange phenomenon begins to affect predator instinct everywhere, even the hunters worry.

 

 



Tala has never liked hunting, and for a grey wolf, that just makes matters worse. Lost as to where she belongs, and about to embark on her pack's traditional mountain climb, she'll need some help!
