This book adopts the task-driving model, organizes the curricula system by the modular means, sets foot on the working background of corporate clients' management posts, closely orients on the knowledge, skills and attitude needed by clients' management personnel, centers on relevant national occupational standards and sets up five modules, including 'know clients' relation management', 'identify and develop clients', 'construct and manage the client information database', 'improve the satisfaction towards services and clients' loyalty' and 'the application of clients' relation management'.
