From Power Encounter, you will understand that we have great authority in Christ Jesus. The Church is marching on, and the gates of Hell shall not prevail against her; her Head is the King and kings and Lord of lords. When power jams power, the lesser power bows Resist the devil, and he will flee from you; give him no place in your life. The Word says, "Behold, I give you the authority (power) to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you. No weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue which rises against you in judgment you shall condemn. This is the heritage of the Servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is from Me."
