Potential of a new center for digital transformation to be planned

How can a center for digital transformation efficiently and effectively help people in East Frisia on their way through the changes in their professional and private environment? Answers are to be found through literature research and expert interviews.It is not the aim of this work to create a generally valid concept for the establishment of a center for digital transformation in any region. The conditions will vary from region to region and success will depend on the people who finance, set up, manage and use these centers. Therefore, this thesis examines the needs and requirements of entrepreneurs and employees in the East Frisia region. Other stakeholder groups are mentioned but not examined in detail. The following research questions are answered as part of this master's thesis:1. what expectations and needs do entrepreneurs and employees have for a center for digital transformation in East Frisia? What role can coworking spaces close to home play in this?2. what recommendations for action can be derived from this?
