Posterior Analysis of Mergers & Acquisitions

The primary objective of the research reported in this paper is to make a new proposition for posterior evaluation of Mergers & Acquisitions and apply the same for evaluation of major M&A events in the international financial scenario during the last decade. We apply the new proposition for posterior evaluation of Mergers & Acquisitions at international scenario during the last decade by choosing a deliberate sample of top most 30 Mergers & Acquisition events in the international scenario.
