Post-its and Parchment is a poetry and prose collection, made up of small messages and letters that can be found either on the bathroom mirror to help encourage oneself to make it through the day, or found hidden underneath one's pillow as a reminder that you, too, will make it. This is the first set of bottled messages about survival, strength, heartbreak and hope. "choose the beautiful things. choose the unlovely things.because that is living.choose to live."
