Pointillist Rain

The poems in this book are chronologically arranged. They progress from early mood pieces to accounts of emotional and psychological strife that often resonate with local scenes in Seattle and the Pacific Northwest. Feelings of equilibrium begin to stir in these scenes as the book continues. Along the way, there are included evocations of visual artists and their work, meditations on the present and past and humorous asides about the quirky and sometimes absurd nature of life.
