Esta seccion trata principalmente de la reaccion de su cuerpo al Covid-19 asi como de consejos sobre como lo afronto ella durante seis semanas. Ademas, explica la mentalidad que le permitio mantenerse centrada y basicamente permanecer tranquila durante todo el periodo del virus, mientras estaba en casa aislada.
