Poetry and Cappuccino

Poets play with words. Since Frank Barone's retirement as a high school English teacher more than twenty years ago, he continues to play with words in his favorite playground, the local coffee shop. In this environment he see poems by looking out through the window, watches poems walk into the room, touch, taste, and smell poems in the cups of cappuccino he orders, and hears poems in the background music, in conversations with friends, or the talk at nearby tables. These same friends listen to and read his poems and encourage him to continue this challenging, productive, and playful activity. Now he encourages you to join his friends and read these poems for some pleasurable moments at your local coffee shop or favorite playground.
