For many years I had an unhealthy lifestyle, eating animal products, fats, and dairy because that's how I was raised. From an early age, I began to have continuous physical ailments, weight gains, and I felt a lack of energy after every meal.
Believe me, I was exhausted just after walking up the stairs at home. It was at that moment that I knew I had to change my entire lifestyle.
