The base of guidelines to have a dream child is based on the Ayurveda texts. The Sanskrit words are used to a minimum. Book is in simple English with a sole aim to guide couples and neo parents. The main scientific aim is to reduce the incidence of various congenital defects and have ensured healthy, genetically improved progeny, irrespective of state or country. It is a roadmap to a person in selecting the partner, a couple for achieving their dream child, society for fulfillment of having an ensured healthy citizen.
