Planet Twerp

12 year old Dean and his dog, Mr. Quiggs, find themselves on a journey of a lifetime as they are thrown from a cruise ship into a turbulent ocean and horrific typhoon. Hunkered down in the life boat, Dean knows there is a possibility that they just might not survive. He prays for a miracle, which comes in the form of a two inch tall funny looking little alien creature, from Planet Twerp, named Skrugs. So begins an adventure of a lifetime.
