Piriformospora indica: Investigations on Phytopromotional Potential

Pirifomospora indica, a newly discovered arbuscular mycorrhiza like fungi, is one of the most widely studied endosymbiont of recent times. The fungus has been explored for various benefits viz. plant growth promotion, improved nutrient uptake, enhance elemental absorption, stress tolerance and elicitation etc. The present book will provide an insight to experimental protocols and practice for its exploration for phytopromotional and biofertilizer potential.
