The developing modern methods and approaches for studying advanced materials define the main vectors and topics for modern science and its applications. These investigations are based on strict mathematical and numerical methods, including modern approaches of mathematical modeling and physical experiments. They allow for direct improvement of material properties and characteristics of designed devices. These PHENMA 2021 - 2022 Proceedings are devoted to Research and Development of various actual problems divided into a framework of five scientific directions: (i) processing techniques; (ii) physics and mathematics; (iii) mechanics; (iv) applications and (v) industry and management of prospective materials. This collection presents selected reports of the 10th Anniversary International Conference on 'Physics and Mechanics of New Materials and Their Applications' (PHENMA 2021 - 2022), which took place in Divnomorsk, Russia, May 23 - 27, 2022.
