Beskrivelse
This manual should introduce the psychological and social dimensions of patient management into the training of the future doctor. In the clinic, the general tendency is to deal exclusively with the biological aspects of the patient, forgetting that a patient comes to a clinic or a health care institution with his psychological and social life; biological life is only one of the components of the person as a whole. The manual will therefore include notions of biological knowledge to respect the tradition of classical medicine or psychotherapy; the concepts of Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine will be necessary to humanize Medicine as a whole. That which places the patient at the centre of health professionals. These personnel only have meaning in their mission if they correctly fulfil their commitments to provide relief if not cure.
