This book opens the idea for 20 new world class study hubs - universities - ten in each country. The idea being they are set in stunning backdrops in nature, along the same lines of thinking one might design world class resorts - those kind of settings. Generally picking absolutely spectacular surroundings - that will enable these universities to stand out in the world. These will then draw international students from across the world. The idea is to put both the Philippines and China on the map as new prime destinations for international students. China of course having some of the best and brightest minds in the world today leading in all fields of study - so good place for knowledge transfer. It will also bring hundreds of thousands of international students to new gathering spots to help in the future bring people together - so opposite of what most politicians try do. This book is fully translated in Chinese - please excuse my translating - if it sounds weird - just refer back to the English sections!! I hope this book gets designers, developers and the Chinese and Philippine governments to work together on something hugely positive.
