Sometime after The Flaming Pig, but somehow before The Good People Protection Agency, the resonance of the universe brought Phatman and Picard into existence across the Universe in a desperate attempt to correct the errors created by life. And even though Phatman and Picard felt that their own reality was the ONLY reality, each reality was just another vibration in the Universe.
