Peter in the Paint

Peter in the Paint is the third book in The Peter Carrot Tales series. Peter is one year old and is into everything. That is why the children are told to put their things away and keep their doors closed. Katie forgets and Peter gets into her paint set and swallows some turpentine. He is rushed to the hospital. Katie feels terrible because she knows it was her fault and she thinks everyone hates her. Her father assures her that everyone...even adults...make mistakes but the trick is learning from them.
