Persuasion

Persuasion is the last novel completed by Jane Austen but it wasn't published until after her death in 1817. The story is about a young woman named, Anne Elliot, whose family as lost a significant amount of their wealth and has to make changes to their lives to make ends meet; the course of which leads to a series of humorous encounters. The novel was well received when it was published and continued to be through even the twenty first century as well.
