This book attempts to explore relationship between terrorism and diplomacy. Explaining the concepts of terrorism and diplomacy, it analyses the extent to which diplomacy, as a tool of foreign policy, serves to reduce the effectiveness of terrorism. Addressing the emerging challenge of global terrorism, it discusses at length the merits and demerits of various types of diplomacy, including conference diplomacy, summit diplomacy and consultative diplomacy. The Israeli, American and Indian models to counter terrorism have also been dealt with.
