Beskrivelse
Intensification of economic cooperation with international organizations and foreign countries is one of the most important directions of development of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) until 2025. At the same time, the international activities of this association are focused on solving such urgent tasks of Eurasian economic integration as creating conditions for joint access of member states' enterprises to markets of third countries, including states of South-East Asia and the Middle East. In this regard, the development of dialogue with the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) is one of the priorities of the EAEU's international activities. The cooperation program of these two international organizations for 2020-2025 covers such areas as customs legislation and law enforcement, trade policy, business activities, technical and antimonopoly regulation, energy, and the functioning of domestic markets. The parties are focused on new points of growth, finding balanced solutions for successful interaction and new long-term forms of cooperation. How this mutually beneficial cooperation is evolving is discussed in this study.
