Perhaps it was Jane

There have been many theories that Jack the Ripper might have been a woman. The theories have been tested throughout time and still, there is no clear evidence as to the identity of the Whitechapel murderer The names of the ripper victims are accurate however the body of the story is purely fictional.The tale is told through the eyes of Jane, a twenty four year old, deranged young widow and bereaved mother of unborn twins. She has no concept of reality. Her only quest is to appease her pain.... I picked through the grime of the street, being careful not to bring attention to my-self. The kerbside was littered with drunks and unfortunates who had nowhere else to go. A rat scuttled by and began nibbling at a discarded piece of crust and a starving dog lay shaking as it was kicked out of the way by passers-by.I pulled my cape around me and turned back towards the stables. To all around me I was a normal, inquisitive individual, in the midst of a crowd of morbid onlookers, shocked and traumatised by the gruesome scene before them, however, not me, they were wrong, I was a phantom, an enigma of huge proportions, I was unstoppable.
