Pep the Galapagos Tortoise

Jose Simbaña and Ellen Griffiths have spent their lives helping to inspire young children to be curious about the world around them and fi nd answers to their many questions. They have traveled around the world, finding commonalities between all children and their joy in learning. They love their home in New Mexico where they have raised four children and their six grandchildren enjoy visiting to hear their stories and share in their laughter.
