People of the Cave

This book of poetry is unique because it is filled with images of unusual ideas, strange thoughts, and questions that reflect the state of being human. Many of these poems ask what life is all about and how it should be lived, or if it should be lived at all. Most of the poems are uplifting and hopeful but a few reflect an unhappy, dejected person. I ask myself who that person was who wrote such poems those many years ago. Yet, it is those bleak and most horrible days that compel a person to write any poem at all. We all have such days. It seems to be a condition of life.
