These poems come to you from Buffalo, a provincial city where the information infrastructure has largely collapsed. Murderers, corrupt public officials, ruthless power structures slide under the radar, feeding on the people's disillusionment and fragmentation.



In his latest collection, Joe Hall expands upon his previous work-dragging each power-hungry ghoul from their cave and into the light. Every wound inflicted upon the people is reflected back onto the body of the victimizer-branded onto them.
