Pennies, Nickels and Dimes is a fascinating mathematics book developed with the main thought of making the subject of money interesting and fun for primary students. This book was designed for primary teachers using a format that can be incorporated into any basic mathematics program. Use Pennies, Nickels and Dimes as means of introducing money concepts in grades K-2 or as a remedial program for grades 3 and 4. The basic format requires students to: (1) do the written work, (2) complete the color key and (3) complete complete the design using the color key as a guide. The teacher may assign the colors or the students may be allowed to select their own combinations of colors. Try it both ways. Pennies, Nickels and Dimes is a collection 37 worksheets and 4 pages of motivational award certificates to be reproduced by teachers for classroom use with the author's wish that the teacher's job is easier and the student's task is more interesting
