Twenty is the leader of a notorious underground car crew called the Lifters. After growing up in a tough neighborhood with his best friend, Jeff. The boys make a name for themselves by stealing expensive cars.



El' Nino is a vicious drug cartel who wants to expand his empire beyond narcotics. He has an exclusive list of vehicles that are high in demand and not available for purchase.
