Twenty is the leader of a notorious underground car crew called the Lifters. After growing up in a tough neighborhood with his best friend, Jeff. The boys make a name for themselves by stealing expensive cars.
El' Nino is a vicious drug cartel who wants to expand his empire beyond narcotics. He has an exclusive list of vehicles that are high in demand and not available for purchase. The recommended man for the job is Twenty and he won't take no for an answer. Twenty has two options, accepted the deal or go to war with the Mexican Cartel.
