Pedagogical approach to quality student satisfaction

The present investigation had as objective to determine the pedagogical approach of quality that allows to improve the satisfaction of the students of the pilot university of Colombia in Girardot.In addition; it allows us to know the importance, that, from the satisfaction of the student as a result of the mission sustained in the work of the substantive principles of the university, achieve the necessary competences that integrate him to the world of work and be relevant in its function as a social subject.
