I believe this book was given to me by inspiration of the Holy Spirit. In this book, I share my ups and downs with food consumption, and how I learned to mentally and physically destroy being a glutton with food. This book will enlighten you to search yourself, and find the power within you to totally break free and gain control of your eating habits.Within the pages of this book you will find faith, strength, and discipline. I share my story with transparency in hopes to help others in their journey towards a lifestyle healthier eating while encouraging others to listen to the voice of God.
