Pastoring the Small Church

The Schoolhouse is a book containing twenty-five life lessons that have helped Pastor Raynes to be able to navigate through over forty years in the ministry. This book is the third volume of a series on Pastoring the Small Church. The first is called The Comparison Game, the second is The Pressure Cooker, and now The Schoolhouse. Some of the lessons were learned from watching the experiences of others and listening to what they learned. Some are from the experiences, both good and bad, that of Pastor Raynes. No preacher is perfect, and we all make mistakes. Why not learn from the experiences of others so that you do not have to learn from your own wrong decisions? This book is not written by an expert, but rather by a preacher who wants to help other preachers.
