Parallel and Distributed Processing and Applications

The refereed proceedings of the International Symposium on Parallel and Distributed Processing and Applications, ISPA 2003, held in Aizu, Japan in July 2003.The 30 revised full papers and 9 revised short papers presented together with abstracts of 4 keynotes were carefully reviewed and selected from numerous submissions.
