Beskrivelse

This is the journal of how God called a mother of five into a ministry with a language and culture she knew nothing about. The author spent 10 years as a member in a Deaf church. There she learned the Deaf call themselves a nation, the Deaf Nation. Through this ministry she had the opportunity to join a mission trip to Dominican Republic to start Deaf churches, and saw for herself the connection the Deaf have with one another even when the sign language is different, and the Deaf are truly a nation. Matthew 24:14 says "And the gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations and then the end will come. She believes the Deaf around the world with their unique language and culture, the Deaf Nation is the last nation to hear the gospel, and still many have not heard. This is the account of that first mission trip working with the Deaf, and how God opened her eyes to the need for the Deaf to have churches and schools in their own language, hopefully this account will open your eyes too.
