Our Campaign Around Gettysburg

Join us for a firsthand recollection of what was endured, suffered and accomplished by the Twenty-Third New York Regiment during their Pennsylvania and Maryland campaign from June to July of 1863, and the second invasion of the North by Confederate troops. Written shortly after the battle of Gettysburg, while the memories were fresh and the public was clamoring for personal accounts.
