O'Toole's Irregulars

An inept young private detective is looking for a missing heir and making the regulars at O'Toole's bar nervous. But when he turns up dead, bar manager Maggie Clemons starts to untangle all the connections between his case and some unexplained events in O'Toole's past. Maggie gets help from her quirky customers and even from her best friend, who recently was killed by a bus. Ignoring the warning by a vice captain from her unsavory past, she knows she's getting closer to the murderer but is in danger of becoming one more O'Toole's corpse.
