This is Dylan's story. Or is it his father's Commander Michael Thomas? Maybe it is both. Commander Thomas was a very strict career officer. He expected his sons to join the Space Corps. But he had a problem, his marriage contract required his two youngest sons to follow the Escalen Path. The Commander had a plan and had inserted a clause to get what he wanted.
