Somewhere on the Atlantic a tramp freighter is on a Top Secret journey for the CIA. Someone does not want the Orion to reach her destination. During the fateful voyage, an arsonist creates terror among crewmembers, the radio room receives mysterious messages, and the communications officer is murdered. One officer among the crew believes someone wants to sabotage the mission, but no one will believe him--until it's too late.
