Beskrivelse
This survey was devoted to the opinion of users on the quality of services provided by the reference health center in the commune VI of Bamako. The measurement of patient satisfaction in health care facilities has been a requirement in Mali since 2002 through the Health Orientation Law and the Hospital Law of Mali. This was later taken up in 2010 by the ANEH (National Agency for Hospital Evaluation). The user opinion survey on the quality of services at the commune VI referral health center is the measurement method used for this purpose. This choice can be explained by several factors: the need for patients to have access to quality care at a lower cost, the desire to be treated in a healthy setting with a technical platform that meets their expectations. The quality of services is one of the best ways to differentiate oneself from the competition: "listening to your users is above all offering them a good service".Towards the 1960s, the concept of quality took its place in the hospital field. This requirement of quality control became urgent in health and hospital establishments in general.
